The staff, Mallory, Emma, Cooper, Nate, are fantastic. They're very friendly, pleasant, and get things done. Maintenance is right there to fix things. Nate is excellent at repairs.

The builder is very reluctant to return our "deposit for damaged grading" that we deposited when we bought the house !!! I can not find its official website. I called its office 4-5 times over a month period but no return cheque yet ! Could the builder return the deposits faster?

First off let me just say the nurses obviously dont care about the residents. The CNA do all the work and when the CNA arent around the nurses stand around and let the residents light blink for a long time till a CNA comes to take care of it. There was a resident who needed assistance in the restroom and the nurses let her sit on the toliet for about 30 minutes.

The management office is always quick to respond of any concerns or issues that need to be addressed and everyone is handled in a timely manner. I can’t say enough how much I love calling Indian Hills Apartments my home. Nursing homes can be scary places. I regularly visit and volunteer at nursing homes and different kinds of care facilities. Sandpiper was clean, the activities were organized and they have large open family style areas for gatherings of all kinds.
